DELIVERY INFORMATION 

How much will I be charged for shipping?

Every UNCOMMONN order is unique so our shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. This information will appear at the checkout. 

When will I receive my item and how can I track delivery?

Once your order details are confirmed, your item will be carefully prepared and sent on as quickly as possible. Delivery will normally take 2-7 days after dispatch, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

We will keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated delivery date. You can also follow the progress of your shipment via a tracking code that will be sent via email. 

Will I need to pay taxes and duties?

Taxes and duties are calculated upon checkout. This is done to ensure that you do not have any unexpected costs when the product arrives at your door. 

Why can't certain items be shipped to me?

The brands on our site can determine where their goods are distributed and some items may not be available to purchase in every region.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY 

Returns Policy

Please see the following steps guiding you through the returns process. Feel free to contact us at any time should you need assistance at returns@uncommonn.com 

Just so that you are aware, our returns policy is as follows;

  • You may return your product up to 14 days after receipt. 
  • Returning a product is at your own cost however if the product is faulty, you will be reimbursed for the postage cost of the return [please see faulty product returns section below].

How to return the product?

  • Please send an email to returns@uncommonn.com with your name, the order number, and the reason behind the return.   
  • You will then receive an email from returns@uncommonn.com providing you with the return address for the product. 

Whats next?

  • We will send you a confirmation email once your product has been received. 
  • Once the product has been received you will be refunded within 7 days.

Faulty product returns: 

  • Send an email to returns@uncommonn.com with your your name, the order number, and what was faulty about the product.
  • You will then receive an email from returns@uncommonn.com providing you with the return address for the product.
  • Please send an email to returns@uncommonn.com with an invoice of the postage cost so that we can get that back to you as soon as possible.
  • We will send you a confirmation email once your product has been received. 
  • Once the product has been received you we will refund you! (can take up to 7 days).
